Information on ID must match information on credit card.
Payments via phone are no longer accepted unless customer has established account.
Customers must be present to sign for all deliveries.
If customer is not present to sign for delivery, then material will be returned and the customer will be responsible for return fees and redelivery charges.
Exceptions must be approved by management.
